I. GENERAL

1. By purchasing or trading for my services, you agree to my ToS.2. I reserve the right to reject any commission without reason or explanation. (Most times I will give reasons, unless lines or boundaries have been crossed.)3. I have the right to change these rules, new rules do not apply to orders made under older terms.

II. Payment

1. All commissions are made via paypal with an invoice. On rare occasions Cashapp. Payment plans are open to be discussed for larger orders.2. All payments are expected within 24-hours unless discussed otherwise.3. I charge by the hour or I may give a flat price.4. Full refunds are only available before work has been put into thumbnails and design concepts and have been finalized for said project. After this, a full refund is not guaranteed.5. When artwork is done, a partial refund cannot be requested.

III. Creation Process

1. My queue does not reflect on the order of completion, for personal advantage, I alternate between pieces. Please keep in mind, I am disabled, which makes me a slow worker. I have lupus, a mix connective tissue disease and chronic pain. It takes time and effort for me to complete things. please be patient with me. I will prioritize my mental and physical well-being over projects. I will certainly communicate these things with you.2. Deadlines must be communicated beforehand, and can affect the price or be refused. As stated before, I am disabled and this also deals with my mental health & Physical health.3. Beside illustrative or complex compositions, I will not show progress check-ups unless requested. Feel free to request anytime. ((I try not to overwhelm myself, so please just see about checking in with me, and I'll let you know!))4. Revisions on finished pieces are complicated due to my process and well-being. Any post-edit may end up looking obvious or stand out as I have to paint over a flat rendered image. I will attempt to revise in small scales.5. Any additional or large scale edits can be refused, and any accepted will be charged a fee which needs to be paid upfront.6. Livestreams, recordings, and anything of similar context are unavailable at the moment; unless I stream over Twitch, Picarto, or YouTube, etc. Even then, I will not send you videos or clips.7. Due to my health issues, I cannot give an accurate estimate of how long commissions take.8. Commissions do not take priority over my health or personal activities.

IV. Image Rights

1. I as the artist retain all rights to my artwork.2. I am allowed to repost commission work on social medias and use work in my portfolios. If you have issues with this, you may appeal for me to take down the artwork, I can consider or refuse.3. Clients may repost artwork with direct credit to me. Which means dropping my brand name or linking to one of my pages.4. I do not claim the intellectual right to other people's characters or concepts.5. All commissions are for personal use only. Buying commercial rights must be discussed with me privately. Please expect a steep cost. You must be the client or gotten approval from the client.6. All character designs and commissioned illustrations made by LURYD come as 'personal-use only' non-commercial materials. I, the artist, claim all of my work as my Intellectual Property and do not give permission for any of my works to be copied, sold, redistributed, edited / altered, blatantly referenced, or used without my written permission.7. All work and material made by Luryd may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. My work may not be used in any AI related technology or future inventions in that space.

V. Other

1. Please respect my schedule, it is private, if you wish to keep check on my progress, I have a Trello link on this website. Also note I do post when I am taking breaks or away from my drawing materials for long periods of time.2. My private contact information will not be shared with clients.3. If you have problems with my service or personality, please discuss with me directly, I'm willing to listen and consider what you have to say.
